REGISTRATIONS FOR 2024

Junior Registrations are open for 2024 and there are now more ways than ever to participate in rugby in North Harbour! With new Boys and Girls Non-Contact grades running alongside our contact grades, there is something for everyone. Whether you are a player, coach or volunteer, don’t hesitate to sign up to your local club today!

JUNIOR GIRLS

Contact: J6, J5, J4, J3, J2, J 1

Non-Contact: J8 Mixed, J7 Mixed, U9 Rippa, U11 Rip Rugby, U13 Rip Rugby

JUNIOR BOYS

Contact: J6, J5, J4, J3, J2, J 1

Non-Contact: J8 Mixed, J7 Mixed, U9 Rippa, U11 Rip Rugby, U13 Rip Rugby

Notes:

1. Players turning 5 years old by 30 July 2024 (Year Born – 2019) may play in J8.

2. Girls/Boys may play Rippa rugby in mixed grades J7 and J8, then play tackle rugby in J6 to J1 or may choose to continue to play Rippa rugby in the Girls/Boys only Rippa/Rip Rugby grades – U18/U15/U13/U11/U9. Y15/U13/U11 play Rip Rugby and U9 play Rippa.

3. A 2kg lenience will be allowed for female players, applying to all weight limits.
