Independent Director – North Harbour Rugby Union Inc.

A great opportunity has arisen for an Independent Director to help lead North Harbour Rugby.

North Harbour Rugby was formed in 1985 and encompasses a geographical area that includes 12 rugby clubs and 18 secondary schools within the North Harbour region.

The purpose of the North Harbour Board of Directors is to establish and monitor the strategic direction and performance of the Union on behalf of its stakeholders.

The Union needs leaders who are passionate about Rugby and will drive the Harbour brand in our community.

The Harbour Board operates a Diversity and Inclusion policy.

The following attributes would also be advantageous:

• Good financial awareness
• Business leadership experience
• Good marketing skills and experience
