A great opportunity has arisen for a role as the rugby Manager: Match Officials & Referees at North Harbour Rugby.

North Harbour Rugby was formed in 1985 and encompasses a geographical area that includes 12 rugby clubs and 18 secondary schools within the North Harbour region.

The purpose of the Rugby Manager: Match Officials & Referees role:

Accountable for growing and maximising the Engagement and Participation of Referees in the Region. To be considered for this role the person must be a leader to drive the Harbour Way in our community. This must be backed up by strong personal qualities and a management style that connects, grows & potentiates our people.
