•The prize promotion is open to all persons 25 years or over with a full, clean and valid New Zealand drivers licence.

•Entry is automatic when a North Harbour Membership is purchased through Power Marketing  with their specific promotion. 

•Entry is one per adult qualifying member.

•This automated entry allows Power Marketing to submit your contact details to North Harbour Rugby and North Harbour Ford for promotional purposes.  You may unsubscribe from this list upon receiving the first newsletter.

•There will be one winner at every North Harbour home game in the Mitre 10 Cup 2016 round robin competition commencing Thursday 18th August 2016 until Wednesday 12th October 2016.

•The Prize Winner will receive one weekend’s complimentary use of a Ford Mustang Ecoboost only, from North Harbour Ford. 

•A weekend runs from 4pm Friday to 5pm Sunday. 

•This promotion runs from 14th July 2016 – 31st July 2016

•Prize must be redeemed  by 31st October 2016 or it will become invalid.

•The winning entry will be selected at random and announced at the game. The winner will be notified by phone within 2 days. If prize acceptance is not confirmed after 3 attempts of being notified as a winner, there will be a redraw.

•The prize will be issued a voucher by North Harbour Ford (the “Prize Provider”). 

•Arrangements for collection and return of the vehicle are to be made directly with North Harbour Ford.  A refundable deposit of may be required upon receiving the vehicle.  Voucher number must be given at the time of booking the weekend.

•The Prize Winner agrees to return the vehicle to North Harbour Ford immediately upon their request to do so.

•The Prize Winner agrees to undertake safeguard of the vehicle whilst it is in their possession and to meet the full cost of repairing any damage sustained as a result of negligence or misuse.

•In the event of damage for any other reason whilst the vehicle is in the Prize Winners possession, reimbursement is to be paid to North Harbour Ford to cover the applicable insurance excess.

•The Prize Winner acknowledges that they are the only person authorised to drive the vehicle and it will remain in their possession at all times.

•The Prize Winner is responsible for the payment of all traffic fines and offences whilst the vehicle is in their care.

•Running costs of the vehicle, including fuel, is the responsibility of the Prize Winner.

•The vehicle is not to be taken outside of the greater Auckland area namely; no further afar from Walkworth to Pukekohe.

•North Harbour Ford reserves the right to deny a prize winner based on should they not meet the driver qualifications.

•Prize is not transferable, refundable or redeemable for cash. North Harbour Rugby, North Harbour Ford and Power Marketing will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, cost or expense resulting from the use of the prize or the entry of this competition.  

•The winner(s) agree to participate in any publicity or other such promotional activities which the Promoter may reasonably require in connection with the prize promotion and the Promoter shall have the right to use each winner's name, likeness, image, voice and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes in connection with the prize promotion in all media without further notice and without the need to make any payment to any winner for such use.

•The decision of the Promoter is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the prize promotion.
