Game Highlights

North Harbour defeated Thames Valley in a game where Harbour kept the ball alive and kept attacking the opposition line. Both forward andback play combined extremely well to produce an outstanding hat trick of tries for Raymond Niuia and individual tries for Josh Sabin (2), Milford Keresoma, Dylan Ferriera, Matt Cochrane and Callum McManus.Barging runs by Rupert Magele and Vernon Isaacs gave great opportunity to the Harbour backs and some excellent tactical running and kicking by Gareth Anscombe allowed Harbour to attack the Thames Valley line for a lot of the game. James Doyle was outstanding at open side flankshutting down the opposition and Sam Holdaway ably supported the ball winning in open play. Locks Kima Iosua, Asher Semu, Brent Duff andShaun Houston combined well at lineout time with the halfbacks Jarod Soar and Matt Cochrane able to gain ascendancy during the game. GregPleasants-Tate, Lyall Davenport and Dylan Mead produced a huge effort in the tight to support the clean and well placed ball.

Game Highlights

North Harbour defeated King Country in a game where errors dominated the Harbour play. Despite this, there were flashes of brilliance in both forward and back play and Milford Keresoma dotted down for a hat trick of tries. Barging runs by Rupert Magele and Raymond Nuiua gave great opportunity to the Harbour backs and some excellent tactical running and kicking by Gareth Anscombe allowed Harbour to attack the King Country line for a lot of game. Lyall Davenport combined well with the halfbacks Jarod Soar and Matt Cochrane to gain ascendancy during ruck and maul time.

Game Highlights

This was a closely contested match on a heavy ground underfoot. Counties scored two good tries while North Harbour hammered the Counties line for much of the second half. North Harbour forwards played very good pressure rugby to win some aggresively contested ball but Harbour just failed to convert this into points.

Game Highlights

Harbour scored first with a couple of early penalties but Auckland came back and scored a converted try from a blindside move after 20 minutes.Auckland continued with the pressure and their big No. 8 went over to take the score to 6-12. A late penalty in the first half completedHarbour's tally for the day after some good pressure down the left wing. In the second half, Harbour had a number of attacks repulsed byAuckland who stepped the pace and scored unanswered 5 tries through both forwards and backs.
