MEDIA ACCREDITATION 2011

QBE Insurance North Harbour ITM Cup Season

All applications for Media Accreditation, must include a hi-resolution head and shoulders image of the applicant.

Members of the media are invited to apply for accreditation for the QBE Insurance North Harbour 2011 ITM Cup Season.

Priority will be given to working media. Submission of this accreditation application does not guarantee any journalist/photographer a Media Pass for 2011.

All applicants and each applicant representative must read this application in full and complete, sign and date.  The applicant and the applicant representative agrees that if an applicant is granted entry into the relevant ground as an accredited media person, the applicant and the applicant’s representative will be bound by the terms set out in this application.

A letter from the Editor must support all photographic applications, or person-in-charge, of the organisation you are working for.  If a letter is not received, then the application will not be processed. 

If an Accreditation Pass is granted, the applicant agrees to conform to the requirements of NHRU at all times while at the ground.  Failure to adhere to this will result in the accreditation being withdrawn and the party being removed from the grounds.

Arrangements for any telephone or wiring facilities must be made directly to Liesl Kemp at North Harbour Rugby Union - once you have received your approved accreditation. Liesl will then liaise with Brian Doherty, North Harbour Stadium Operations Manager, to ensure your requirements are able to be met.

If accreditation is granted the applicant and the applicant’s representative agree to abide by all directions of NHRU in relation to times and areas of access for media personnel and safety at the relevant venue.

Please photocopy and circulate the application form to all relevant people in your own media organisation if necessary.
