The 2008 Awards Evening recognises the Player of the Year in each of our 13 Representative Teams - from our Under 13’s right through to the Air New Zealand Cup team. It also recognises Top Club, Top Points Scorer, Referees, Coaches, Managers and the many volunteers who make up the North Harbour Rugby Union.
Tickets are $60 per person and include drinks on arrival, a sumptuous meal, and a spectacular evening of entertainment and accolades. Tables of 10 ($550) are at a a premium and numbers are strictly limited. Click here to download an order form.

After five wins and one loss in Pool B of the 2008 Men’s B Competition, North Harbour finished top of their pool. On Saturday 18th October they play Waikato in a semi-final at 2.30pm on Domain No.1 (Marist Rugby Club).

This team is playing an exciting brand of rugby, so come along and watch North Harbour Development XV take on Waikato.

Where: Domain No. 1 (Marist Rugby Club), North Harbour Stadium.
When: Saturday 18th October, 2.30pm.
During the weekend of 10th - 12th October, coaches and players from North Harbour rugby clubs and schools gathered at North Harbour Stadium for the North Harbour High Performance Coaching Course.
Facilitated by North Harbour Rugby Development Manager, Craig Dowd, it was an opportunity for coaches and players to get up-to-date techniques, tactics, skills and drills from some of the legends of North Harbour and New Zealand rugby.
The course included presentations from Jeff Wilson, Slade McFarland, Ant Strachan, Milan Yelavich, Ian Jones, Eroni Clarke, Tony Woodcock and Liam Barry on video analysis, strength and conditioning, position specific training, scrums, lineout’s, tactical kicking, tackle technique and also a presentation by legendary coach Graeme Lowe.

Steve Walsh has been named to referee the Air New Zealand Cup semi-final between Wellington and Southland in Wellington, Friday 17th October. Glenn Newman will referee the Lahore Cup semi-final between Horowhenua Kapiti and Wairarapa Bush in Levin, Saturday 18th October.
